Full day brand photography commission
£2,400
Up to seven hours of photography across several planned locations, creating a collection of 100 photographs.
Flexible payment plans available.
The time and scope to cover an extensive brief
Transcend is designed for a substantial brief spanning different areas of your business. You might want to photograph different services and working situations, use a number of locations, or involve a team, clients, and other participants whose availability needs to be coordinated.
Across a day of up to seven hours, we’ll work through a defined set of priorities in the settings that represent them best. This might include portraits, details, interactions, and more personal photographs, as well as the work itself.
You’ll come away with a strategically planned library of 100 photographs showing prospective clients who you are, what you do, how you work, and what they can expect from you. Created for use across your website, marketing, presentations, press, and campaigns, they’ll give you the right material for the different messages you need to communicate.
.
What could your photographs show?
A collection of 100 photographs gives us scope to represent the distinct areas of your business included in the brief, with a useful range of images for different messages and purposes.
Depending on your priorities, this might include:
- Professional portraits of you and key members of your team
- Different services, processes, or working situations
- Interaction with clients, colleagues, or participants
- The settings in which different parts of your work take place
- Tools, materials, products, and other details that help explain what you do
- More relaxed photographs showing personality and the people behind the business
- Images created for particular website pages, campaigns, presentations, or press opportunities
The Brand Blueprint, visual exercise, and planning process will help us decide what deserves space in the day, so the finished collection represents the business as a whole while giving every photograph a useful role.

What makes Transcend different?
Distinct parts of the business brought into one brief
Transcend can represent a defined selection of services, working situations, or areas of the business within one commission.
We’ll decide which priorities need their own setting, people, and supporting details, then build the day around them.
People, places, and timings coordinated in advance
Where the brief involves several locations, a team, clients, or other participants, I’ll plan the running order around the practicalities as well as the photography.
Everyone will know when and where they’re needed, with enough structure to keep the most important photographs on track if timings change.
One visual direction across the whole collection
Your Brand Blueprint, Pinterest exercise, and my review of your website and marketing give us a shared reference for the clothing, colours, settings, and overall atmosphere.
This keeps the finished library recognisably part of the same business, even when the photographs are created in different places and working situations.

Is Transcend the right commission for you?
Transcend is designed for an extensive brief with several distinct priorities to photograph. It could be the right choice if:
- You want to represent several services or areas of your business
- Your work takes place across a number of different settings
- The shoot will involve a team, clients, or other participants
- You need the people, locations, and timings coordinated across a full day
- You want a substantial image library for a new website, rebrand, campaign, or range of marketing materials
- You need portraits, working photographs, interactions, and supporting details to sit within one consistent visual direction
Transcend is the right choice when the overall scale of the commission calls for a full day. That might be either because the brief involves several priorities, people, and locations, or simply because you want the breadth and variety of a strategically planned library of 100 photographs.
If your brief is more contained and a collection of 60 photographs would meet your needs, Soar is likely to be the better fit.
Frequently asked questions
about a full day brand photoshoot
in Edinburgh or across Scotland
Transcend is intended for a substantial brief that calls for a full day. This might be because you have several services, locations, or people to photograph, or because you need the breadth and variety of a 100-image collection.
If 60 photographs and up to four hours would cover what you need, Soar is likely to be the better fit.
The aim isn’t simply to give you more photographs of the same thing. We’ll plan different images for your website pages, content, presentations, campaigns, press, and other marketing, with a mixture of portraits, working photographs, interactions, and supporting details.
This gives you genuine choice when you need to communicate different parts of the business.
There isn’t a fixed maximum. We’ll choose a sensible number based on the priorities for the shoot, the distance between locations, and what can be achieved properly within seven hours.
A smaller number of well-chosen locations will usually give us better results than trying to fit in too many.
I’ll help you decide what each setting needs to communicate and suggest the types of location that would work. We might use your own premises, a client’s workplace, outdoor settings, or a hired venue.
Any venue hire or other location costs are separate from the commission fee and will be agreed in advance.
Yes. Transcend is particularly well suited to briefs involving other people.
We’ll decide which photographs they are needed for and build their timings into the running order, so they don’t have to remain at the shoot all day unless their involvement genuinely requires it.
You won’t spend seven hours posing for portraits. The day will include different settings and activities, photographs involving other people, travel, clothing changes, details, and breaks.
I’ll guide you throughout, so you’ll always know what we’re doing and what I need from you.
Next steps
The first step is a short video call chat. We’ll talk through what you need the photographs to show, how you plan to use them, and the people, locations, and working situations you would like to include.
From there, I can confirm whether Transcend offers the right scope for your brief and explain how the commission works. If you decide to go ahead, the Brand Blueprint and planning process will help us work through the detail and shape the shoot around what you need.
